DUET Group (DUET) was an ASX-listed owner of energy utility assets in Australia and OECD countries.

On 28 April 2017, the Supreme Court of NSW made orders approving each of the Company Schemes and provided the judicial advice requested by DUET in respect of the Trust Scheme. These orders facilitated the acquisition of 100% DUET by a CKI-led Consortium as approved by DUET securityholders on 21 April 2017.

As a result DUET securities ceased trading on the Australian Securities Exchange at the close of trade on Monday, 1 May 2017.
